Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5 to 20 business days from the date of approval.

Refund Administration Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee. This fee covers transaction processing costs and the operational resources required to handle the refund.

Finalized Exchanges (Paid or Completed Status)

Once an exchange is marked as "Paid" or "Completed," it is considered final. It becomes exceptionally difficult for us to process a refund at this stage.

Important: Always read our terms and double-check all transaction information (including exchange rates, recipient details, amounts, and selected currency) before confirming and paying for an exchange to avoid any misunderstandings.

PayPal Refund Policy

Refunds for transactions made via PayPal are handled according to our General Refund Policy above, with the following specifics:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed back to the original PayPal account within 5 to 20 business days.
  • Fee: A 20% administration fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
  • Finality of Completed Exchanges: As stated in our general policy, exchanges marked as "Paid" or "Completed" are final, and refunds cannot be issued. Please verify all details before finalizing your payment.

Refund of Cryptocurrency Payments

We accept cryptocurrency payments on our liquidity partner’s exchange and record them in USDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of fund crediting. In the event that the exchange cannot be executed, the refund will be processed exclusively in USDT under the following conditions:

  • Refund Fees: The refund fee will be up to 3% of the amount received on our account.
  • Blockchain Fees: The current blockchain network fees for processing the refund to the provided address will also apply. It is important to note that this fee is applied to cover losses related to account blocking, re-verification processes, and the use of specialist resources to resolve problematic situations.

Our Digital Products Policy

ChinaitechPay is a global platform specializing in digital currency and asset transactions, including the sale of digital gift cards. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds for these digital products.

1. All Digital Gift Card Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital goods, which are delivered instantly and are non-returnable, all sales of digital gift cards are considered final and non-refundable once the order has been processed and the code has been delivered to you.

We are, however, committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied and will assist with legitimate issues as outlined below.


2. Exception: Non-Functional or Inactive Codes

While extremely rare, an issue may occur where a digital code is inactive due to a supplier-side activation error. In this specific scenario, we offer a resolution process under the following conditions:

  • Notification Window: You must contact our support team at customers@chinaitechpay.com within 24 hours of your purchase to report the issue.
  • Investigation: We will launch an investigation with our suppliers to verify the status of the code. This process requires your full cooperation.
  • Resolution: If our investigation confirms that the code was indeed inactive at the time of delivery, we will issue a replacement code of the same value.

Please note: No refunds or replacements will be provided for any code that has already been redeemed. Claims must be submitted with valid proof of purchase from ChinaitechPay.


3. Important Exclusion: Unauthorized Third-Party Platforms

ChinaitechPay cannot provide any support, refunds, or replacements for codes that have been redeemed, sold, or transferred on unauthorized third-party platforms (e.g., peer-to-peer trading sites like Paxful, Noones.com, or similar services).

Transactions on these platforms carry a high risk of fraudulent activity, making it impossible for us to verify claims or the chain of custody. To ensure the security and validity of your purchase, we strongly advise you to redeem all gift cards only on their official corresponding platforms (e.g., an iTunes gift card on the Apple App Store).


4. Our Guarantee and Your Responsibility

ChinaitechPay guarantees that every digital gift card we supply is authentic and valid at the time of delivery. Once the code is delivered to you, its security becomes your responsibility.

We urge you to safeguard your purchase details and redeem your codes promptly to prevent unauthorized use. ChinaitechPay is not responsible for codes that are lost or used by a third party after successful delivery.

Individual Approach to Refunds

In every situation, we conduct a thorough analysis and make decisions that consider all relevant factors and prioritize the best interests of our clients. However, in exceptional circumstances, the final decision is solely made by our company.

In the event of force majeure circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations (such as unscheduled technical work by third-party payment services), we reserve the right to delay the fulfillment of our obligations until the issue is resolved. Your understanding and patience during such situations are greatly appreciated.
